Apostolos Zaphiropoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Apostolos started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at ERGODATA S.A. in 1989, where they were responsible for application development using INFORMIX RDBMS and UNIX operating system. Apostolos then moved on to Intracom IT Services in 1991, where they held various roles including Project Manager and Manager of the M.I.S. Department. At Intracom, they managed a team of highly qualified engineers and project managers involved in implementing large software projects for public organizations and ministries in Greece.

In 2003, Apostolos became a Co-founder, Partner, and Senior Consultant at Expert Development, a subsidiary of Expertnet S. Apostolos worked on important IT projects in Greece and reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

From 2006 to 2013, Apostolos worked at SingularLogic, first as the Technical Director & EPMO Head, and later as the Operations Director in the Outsourcing Division. In these roles, they were responsible for departments such as Presales, Project Management, and After Sales Support. Apostolos also managed major project budgeting, contract negotiations, and resource utilization.

Since 2016, Apostolos has been working at UniSystems as the Software Department Manager. Apostolos oversees the development and delivery of software projects in Greece, leading five units. Apostolos'skey responsibilities include full SDLC implementation of high-budget projects, project budgeting coordination, and business development efforts.

Throughout their career, Apostolos has gained significant experience in budgeting, project management, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Apostolos has also worked with high-profile clients such as Alpha Bank, the Hellenic Ministry of Finance, and the Hellenic Ministry of Health.

Apostolos Zaphiropoulos obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) from Ohio University in 1985. From 1985 to 1987, they pursued further education at Purdue University and completed their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (M.S.E.E.).
