Juan José Martínez Esplá

Juan José Martínez Esplá, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2002 as a Freelance ICT Project Manager. Juan José has also worked as a Project Manager at Telefónica, where they were responsible for coordinating and supporting testing trials. At Vodafone, they served as a Project Manager, redesigning plans for testing functionality and communication protocols of 3G devices. Juan also worked at TE Connectivity as a Product Manager, managing project stages and maintaining business folders. Juan José was a Professor and PhD Researcher at the University of Alicante, where they taught subjects in the Signal Theory area and worked on research projects. Juan has also held positions at the European Patent Office, EUIPO, and MTP Métodos y Tecnología, where they served in various managerial roles and was involved in quality management and procurement processes. Currently, Juan is working as a Senior Project Manager at Uni Systems, coordinating technical implementation initiatives and managing budgets, resources, and communications.

Juan José Martínez Esplá, Ph.D. completed their education in the field of Telecommunication Engineering. Juan José obtained a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 1992 to 2000. Juan José further pursued their education and obtained a Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat d'Alacant from 2003 to 2009.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Juan José Martínez Esplá, Ph.D. has obtained various certifications. These include a Certificate in Italian CEFR B2 from EU Careers by EPSO in June 2023, a Master of pleasure craft - PER from Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana in December 2020, Conflict Management, Negotiation Management, Optimizing Productivity, Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence, and Time Management from everis in October 2019. Juan José also holds a PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2019.
