Xenia Taousiani

Xenia Taousiani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Xenia started their career in 2011 as a Guest Relations Manager at Mitsis Rodos Maris Resort & Spa, where they were responsible for Russian and English guests. After that, they worked as a Greek to Russian Translator & Editor at Papalangki Theatre Company, where they edited a Greek version of a Russian theatrical play.

In 2014, Xenia joined Evolutionary Archetypes Consulting SL as an International IT Recruiter. During this time, they sourced, interviewed, and selected international candidates for project-based roles in the Benelux area. Xenia also completed their MBA-HR during their time in this role.

Following that, Xenia worked at Booking.com from 2016 to 2019. Xenia initially started as a Global Customer Service Specialist and then transitioned to become a Recruiter - EMEA. Xenia'smove to the recruitment team fulfilled their goal of working in recruitment.

In 2019, Xenia joined FASHIOLA as a Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for filling various level roles in the online fashion aggregator. Xenia then worked as a Hiring Consultant in Technology, where they helped startup companies build their hiring processes from scratch and designed a training program for hiring managers and leaders.

In 2021, Xenia started their own venture, Your Career Pathfinder, where they work as a Career Coach & Job Search Strategist. Xenia supports clients in regaining self-confidence during their job search, provides interview preparation, CV and cover letter writing assistance, and helps them build concrete job search strategies.

Currently, Xenia works as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Uni Systems, starting in 2022.

Xenia Taousiani has a Master's Degree in MBA-Human Resources from the University of Macedonia, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Slavic Studies from the same university from 2006 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Xenia obtained a certificate in IT Recruitment from Holistica Consulting Ltd in January 2023. Xenia also received a certification in ERP Payroll Software & Labor Legislation from KEME Vocational Training Center in October 2014. Additionally, they completed a Holiday Concierge-Guest Relations Training from Sentido Training Academy in April 2012 and obtained a State Certificate in Russian Language and Literature from the Institute for Balkan Studies in October 2010.
