Aghama Jesurobo

Community Lead at Unit Network

Aghama Jesurobo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a System Librarian at Bells University of Technology, where they digitized documents and ensured online access to research materials. In 2020, Aghama founded MumsWhoCode, a community that offers free online tech skills training to women, especially mothers. They also designed programs and curated content for the community. In 2021, Aghama became the Anitab.org Local Community & Special Projects Leader for Nigeria. In 2022, they joined Unit Network as a Community Lead, working remotely to promote the UNIT Masters program and optimize learning experiences for remote learners. Currently, Aghama holds the position of Principal Technical Staff (Grade 11) at Bells University of Technology.

Aghama Jesurobo has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Bells University of Technology, obtained in and prior to 2025. They also have a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, obtained between 2010 and 2012. Their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was obtained from Benson Idahosa University between 2001 and 2005. Aghama Jesurobo completed their secondary education at Garrick Memorial High School, earning a Secondary School Leaving Certificate in the Science Class. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Unit Network, IBM, World Education Services, Global Management Challenge USA, and Microsoft.
