Rachel Jordan

Rachel Jordan is an experienced leader in product management with a strong background in ERP and HCM solutions. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Product at Unit4 since September 2021, Rachel previously held multiple leadership roles at SAP SuccessFactors from January 2012 to September 2021, culminating in the position of Vice President of Product Management. Earlier career highlights include positions at Plateau Systems, Northrop Grumman Information Systems, and Element K, where Rachel developed expertise in instructional design and product management. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Curriculum Design and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College.
