Ryszard Szreter

Ryszard Szreter is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in cloud operations and customer support. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cloud Operations at Unit4 since April 2015, Ryszard leads a global team responsible for all SaaS products, 24/7 services, and DevOps practices across multiple cloud platforms, while ensuring compliance with standards, certifications, and data privacy. Previously, Ryszard established and managed a new Customer Support Centre at Unit4, providing global technical support for ERP solutions. Prior to Unit4, Ryszard held the position of Service Delivery Manager for Operations at Fujitsu, overseeing technical support operations and driving global process improvements. Ryszard's career also includes roles as Regional Operations Manager at G4S, managing cash processing and logistics departments, and Operations Manager at Workplanet Sp. z o.o., where Ryszard oversaw recruitment processes across various countries. Ryszard holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in International Financial and Management Studies from Brno University of Technology.
