Nathan Young

Nathan Young is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Unite Us since October 2021, Nathan leads enterprise health plan sales and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Nathan held multiple leadership roles at Carelon from September 2013 to October 2021, including VP & GM of Solution Strategy & Management, where responsibilities spanned revenue growth, product roadmaps, and customer success. Early career experience includes significant roles at Epic, managing large-scale implementations of electronic medical records in diverse health systems. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
