Phil Poley

Phil Poley is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Unite Us. Phil has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on health insurance exchanges and Medicaid strategy.

Poley began their career at Accenture in September 2010, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for growing Accenture's business with public sector health agencies. Highlights of their time at Accenture include leading the company's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and helping to enroll 17 million people in coverage through the California health insurance exchange.

In 2020, Poley left Accenture to join Mira, a healthcare startup that is working to improve access to care for underserved populations. At Mira, Poley is using their vast experience and knowledge to help make healthcare more equitable for all.

Phil Poley's educational career includes a BA in Political Science from Duke University, an MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.

Their manager is Stacey Sivak, Chief Revenue Officer. They are on a team with Andre L'heureux - SVP, Revenue Operations, Steve Strauss - VP of Sales - Eastern North America, and Liz Carten - Vice President, Customer Success.
