Anthony Cozzi

Anthony Cozzi is an accomplished professional with significant experience at United Airlines since February 2006, where multiple director-level roles have been held, including Director of Gate Strategy & Innovation and Director of Digital Products Mobile & Onboard. Responsibilities include overseeing product vision and strategy for customer-facing digital products, enhancing employee experiences through innovative tools and training programs, and directing quality assurance processes for employee service centers.
