Eliza Nevers

Eliza Nevers currently serves as Managing Director of Product and Engineering for MileagePlus at United Airlines, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Product Officer and SVP Product at Lotame from October 2020 to April 2024, and Consultant at TecVeris and Principal Consultant at Nevers Solutions, both focusing on Product Strategy and lean Agile coaching between September 2017 and October 2020. Previously, Eliza was VP of Product at AOL Platforms, leading significant initiatives such as the launch of ONE by AOL for Advertisers and overseeing various aspects of AOL’s programmatic products. Earlier career stages included leadership roles at Advertising.com and IBM, specializing in advertising and targeting products. Eliza holds both a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University.
