Margot Lubowsky

Margot Lubowsky has extensive experience in education and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of Learning Strategy & Leadership Development at United Airlines since December 2022, Margot previously held the position of Senior Learning Specialist at the same organization. Prior to this role, Margot worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Vodori for six months in 2022. Margot's educational background includes significant teaching experience at Intrinsic Schools from 2015 to 2022, where roles included 11th Grade Postsecondary Seminar Instructor & Counselor, 11th Grade English Language Arts Teacher, Grade Level Advisory Chair, and 10th Grade English Language Arts Teacher. Additionally, Margot taught 10th Grade World Literature at Muchin College Prep during a tenure with the Noble Network of Charter Schools from 2020 to 2021. Margot holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from William & Mary and a Master's in Teaching from Dominican University.
