Namrata Swar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering and ML Operations at United Airlines, Namrata has previously held key positions such as Director of Analytics Engineering at Noom Inc. and Senior Director of Data and Analytics at adMarketplace, where responsibilities included overseeing data strategy and analytics initiatives. Earlier in the career, Namrata held roles at Google as a Software Engineer/Data Engineer and at RightsFlow as a Database Engineer/Business Analyst. Namrata holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
