Sonja Bedon

Sonja Bedon, M.A., has extensive experience in customer service, accounting, and management, highlighted by a long tenure at United Airlines since March 2007 as Service Director, Lead CSR, and CSR. Responsibilities include sales, complaint resolution, and translation services for Spanish-speaking clients. Prior experience includes roles as a consultant and senior accountant at Startec and Disney ABC Television Group, where specialized skills in account reconciliation, budget analysis, and fixed asset management were demonstrated. Notable leadership was exhibited as Team Leader at the Clinton Foundation, fostering entrepreneurship among minority and women-owned businesses.
