Talayeh M.

Talayeh M. is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Currently serving as a UX Manager at United Airlines since October 2020, Talayeh has also held positions as Principal Designer, Senior UX Designer, and User Experience Designer within the same organization. Previously, Talayeh worked as a User Experience Designer at Tuvens for a brief period in 2020, and as a Consultant for Maestro Cares Foundation from October 2019 to March 2020. From July 2017 to August 2019, Talayeh was a Learning Implementation Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, where coordination of leadership development programs was key to establishing a pipeline for high-potential Senior Managers. Talayeh holds a degree in User Experience Design from Springboard, a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota, a degree in Communication Studies from Franklin University Switzerland, and has also attended the University of St. Thomas.
