Ejikeme Okoli

Ejikeme Okoli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ejikeme started their career at Diageo as a Human Resources Officer in 2006 and then moved on to Chevron as a HES Officer in 2008. At Chevron, they played a key role in risk assessment, securing project approvals, and conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for proposed projects. In 2012, they joined Dragnet Solutions Limited as a Business Developer. After that, they worked at Diamond Bank Plc in multiple roles including Research Analyst, Strategy & Research Executive, and Senior Specialist in Enterprise Intelligence & Strategy. Currently, Ejikeme Okoli holds significant positions at United Capital Plc, serving as the Group Head of Strategy & Innovation and the Director of Strategy & Africa Operations.

Ejikeme Okoli holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria. Ejikeme also pursued further education in various fields, including Business Model Innovation at HEC Paris, Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School, Blue Ocean Strategy at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and Investment Management at the University of Geneva.
