Nate Desmarais, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at UCP Central PA since April 2020. Prior to this role, Nate provided independent consulting services focusing on HR matters for small to medium-sized non-profit organizations. Nate's extensive experience includes significant positions at CURE International, Inc., where Nate pioneered professional development programs and established a compensation structure, as well as roles at Messiah College and Pennian Bank, where Nate emphasized professional development and effective internal communications.
