Djhoanna R. Zepeda

Ms. Zepeda is backed by 23 years of experience in bank compliance and branch operations. She headed the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering Department where she ensured compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and implementation of the General AML Policies, practices, and procedures. Prior to joining UCPB, Ms. Zepeda held various positions in EastWest Bank and BPI Family Bank, where she handled the execution, supervision, and management of branch operations and efficient service delivery, with emphasis on the observation & compliance of regulations, bank policies, and procedures. She graduated with a Commerce degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
