Michelle Velasco

Michelle Velasco is an experienced compliance and client services professional with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at UCB since May 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Director of Client Services at Premiere Credit of North America. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of Operations at Client Services Incorporated and a long tenure at Van Ru Credit Corporation, where Michelle progressed from Collector to General Manager, overseeing client relationships and operational performance across various sectors. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications/Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago.
