Brett Timmer

Brett Timmer has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Brett began their career at Koops Incorporated as a Finance Intern in 2009, followed by an internship at Hantz Financial as a Financial Advising Intern in 2010.

In 2012, Brett joined Chemical Bank as a Commercial Credit Analyst, where they underwrote commercial loans and assessed risk ratings for small businesses and borrowers. Brett also accompanied Loan Officers on customer calls and prepared file memos summarizing the calls.

In 2015, Brett joined Georgia Primary Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst/Banking Officer, where they provided quality commercial loan underwriting and exceptional customer service. Brett also supported the Credit and Finance departments by preparing reports and completing calculations. Brett later served as a Banking Officer/Relationship Manager, working with existing and prospective customers to meet their banking needs.

Most recently, Brett worked at United Community Bank, where they held positions of Assistant Vice President and Vice President. As Vice President, they cultivated new business banking relationships, managed an existing portfolio of clients, and graduated from the Bank's 2023 Leadership Academy.

Throughout their career, Brett has demonstrated strong analytical and customer service skills, as well as a commitment to professional development and building relationships in the banking industry.

Brett Timmer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management with a minor in Psychology at Albion College from 2008 to 2012. Brett also possesses a certification as an NLMS Registered, although the details regarding the institution, month of obtaining, and year of obtaining are unknown.
