Chuck Andolina

Chuck Andolina has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on employee benefits plans. Chuck most recently served as the Regional Director of Sales at United Concordia Dental starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they were the National Director of Practice Management at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group from October 2014 to December 2018. Chuck also worked as a Marketing Manager at AXIS Accident & Health from September 2011 to October 2014. Before that, they held the position of Director of Sales at Principal Financial Group from June 2004 to September 2011. Chuck began their career at WellPoint as a Senior Group Sales Executive from July 1998 to June 2004, and prior to that, they worked as a National Accounts Manager at Kaiser Permanente from March 1992 to July 1998.

Chuck Andolina completed their education at Dallas Baptist University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1992. In addition, they received the certification for Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in February 2021.
