Ashley Ellixson

Ashley Ellixson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Management Analyst at Arizona State University. In 2014, they became a Legal Specialist at the University of Maryland College Park. From 2017 to 2020, Ashley held the position of VP of Legal and Environmental Affairs at United Dairymen of Arizona. Following this, they served as the Executive VP of Legal and Risk Management at the same company until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they took on the role of Chief Business Operations Officer, and currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at United Dairymen of Arizona, starting in 2023.

Ashley Ellixson attended Arizona State University from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General. From 2008 to 2011, they studied at Texas Tech University where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law. Lastly, in 2011 and 2012, Ashley enrolled in the University of Arkansas and completed an LL.M degree in Food and Agricultural Law.
