Carol Liggett

Carol Liggett is currently serving as the Director of Energy Delivery at United Engineers & Constructors, an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction company. Prior to this role, Carol held various management positions at AECOM, URS Corporation, Washington Group International, and Morrison Knudsen. Carol holds a Master's in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor's in International Business from Webster University.
