Tashena Lafleur

Tashena Lafleur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including finance, education, and government. As the Director of Finance and Co-Founder of Alpha Design & Consulting since May 2020, Tashena leads efforts to enhance organizational productivity through targeted training solutions. Concurrently, Tashena mentors foreign exchange students with Education Travel & Culture and serves as Inspector General at OnSource Online. In previous roles within the Florida Department of Revenue, Tashena developed strategic initiatives and managed operational compliance and training. Tashena's background in criminal justice is supported by a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Master’s degree in Applied Social Science, and a Certificate in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Florida State University.
