Jordan Downing-Duke

Jordan Downing-Duke is an experienced marketing manager currently employed at United Helpers since June 2020, specializing in the management of Individualized Residential Alternative homes for adults with developmental disabilities, overseeing clinical, administrative, supervisory, and maintenance needs. Prior to this role, Jordan served as a graduate assistant at SUNY Potsdam from August 2018 to January 2023 and as a residence hall director from August 2016 to May 2018. Jordan holds a Master of Science in Community Health from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
