Raed Shomali

Raed Shomali currently serves as the Head of Customer Fulfillment and Operations at United International Holding since July 2024. Prior to this role, Shomali was the Acting Chief Operation Officer and Customer Fulfillment Head at Tasheel Finance from November 2018 to July 2024. Experience at Mastercard as Manager of Global Contact Center Management and at Dunia Finance as Credit Operations Head and Contact Center Head highlights expertise in operations and customer service. Earlier roles at Citi involved managing compliance and training for the SME division, as well as leading a large team in the inbound call center. Raed Shomali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Yarmouk University and completed the Accelerated Development Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015.
