Belinda Hilbert

Belinda Hilbert is a seasoned professional with significant experience in account management and localization operations. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager and Global Program Manager at United Language Group since October 2013, Belinda oversees translation programs for large-scale global clients, coordinating vendors, financial reporting, and client relations. Prior experience includes a role as QA Lead & Localization at CompanionLink Software, where Belinda developed testing strategies for multiple platforms and maintained bug tracking. Earlier in career, a position as Web Chat Specialist at Humana involved custom service via chat, as well as training new representatives and contributing to QA testing standards. Belinda holds a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Cincinnati.
