Jerry then worked as a Project Manager at Rok from 2004 to 2007, managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects. After that, Jerry worked as a Contracts Manager at David McLean Contractors Ltd. from 2007 to 2008, overseeing a large residential project in Leeds.

From 2009 to 2010, Jerry worked as a Project Manager at both C Spencer Ltd. and Browns Construction Group Ltd.
