Justin Smith

Justin Smith possesses extensive experience in operations support and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Operations Support at United Locating Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Distribution Infrastructure Engineer at NorthWestern Energy and held various positions at Nalco Champion, including Technical Service Representative and District Representative Intern.
