Rachel Crothers

Rachel Crothers is an experienced Occupational Therapist, currently serving at United Methodist Communities since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at CareOne Management LLC from June 2020 to February 2023 and Kessler Rehabilitation Center from January 2020 to June 2020, gaining extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Rachel began the professional career at JDT Medical Rehab Center, where services were provided from August 2014 to January 2020 as a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Health Science (2012) and a Master of Occupational Therapy (2014) from Quinnipiac University, complementing a strong background in evaluating activities of daily living, balance, strength, and functional mobility through various assessment methods.
