Tientip Subhanij

Tientip Subhanij is an accomplished professional in the field of economics and development, currently serving at the United Nations ESCAP as Chief of Investment and Enterprise Development, Chief of Sustainable Business Network, and Chief of Financing for Development since 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure as a full-time faculty member at the College of Management Mahidol University from 2015 to 2017, and various roles at the Bank of Thailand, including Division Executive from 2000 to 2014. Tientip also held the position of Director at the Capital Market Research Institute within The Stock Exchange of Thailand from 2011 to 2012. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, as well as a First-Class Honour Gold Medal in International Economics from Chulalongkorn University.
