Katie Rolfes

Katie Rolfes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and impact within the realm of international development. Currently, Katie serves as Senior Manager for Strategy, Operations & Impact at the United Nations Global Compact since August 2018, where prior roles included Manager of Program Policy and Coordinator of Leadership Initiatives. Katie's expertise in sustainability was further honed during a tenure as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant at Target in early 2017. Previous experience includes a Gender Equality Internship at the United Nations, focusing on the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and a Graduate Consultant role at Dryland Seed Limited. Notably, Katie's early career involved significant marketing roles at CRCC Asia and support for artisan programs at Indego Africa. A participant in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, Katie served as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. Katie holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Communication from the University of California, Davis.
