Elaine Chan

Elaine Chan is a Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights since June 2018, with prior experience in the same role from August 2014 to March 2015. In addition, Chan is the Founder and Owner of Living Practice Yoga and Limited Scoops!, showcasing entrepreneurial skills in wellness and food sectors. Furthermore, Chan served as an International Law and Development Professional from 2013 to 2018, focusing on rule of law and access to justice in the Asia-Pacific region. Previous roles include Asia-Pacific Legal Adviser and Associate Legal Officer at the International Commission of Jurists. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in International Law from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Economics from UNSW.
