Jusalim Alimacon

JusAliM Alimacon has extensive experience in human rights and internet policy, currently serving in key roles at the United Nations Human Rights, Collaboration on International ICT Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA), and the Internet Governance Forum Secretariat since late 2019. As a co-founder of SMART Consulting Company since December 2018, JusAliM also contributed as a researcher and social entrepreneur at the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) from April 2020 to March 2021. Educational qualifications include a Licence in Développement Rural from the Institut Supérieur de Développement Rural de Grands Lacs (2018-2020), a Graduat in Gestion de Développement from the Institut Supérieur d'informatique et de Gestion (2015-2018), and a Diplôme d'Etat in Biochimie from Complexe Scolaire de Bunia (2010-2015).
