Hilary Sienrukos has a diverse and extensive work experience across various organizations. Hilary is currently the Director Programme Management Support for the Strategic Heritage Plan project at the United Nations Office at Geneva. In this role, they have secured significant funding for the project, implemented process improvements, and managed the project budget effectively.

Prior to their current position, Hilary worked as the Senior Administrative Officer for the UN Strategic Heritage Plan at the United Nations. Hilary provided leadership and guidance in procurement, contracting, budgeting, finance, and human resources for the project.

Hilary also held positions at the Millennium Challenge Corporation as the Senior Director of the Grants and Procurement Office of Strategic Partnerships, and as the Director of Procurement. At the United Nations Mine Action Service, they served as a Programme Officer for mine action programs in South Sudan, Somalia, and Syria, and also as a Contracts Management Officer.

Furthermore, they worked at DAI as a Senior Subcontracts Negotiator, at Room to Read as the Manager of Grant Writing and Administration, at UNOPS as an Associate for the Headquarters Contracts and Property Committee, at The Asia Foundation in Afghanistan as an Associate in the Programs Support Unit, and at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria as a Proposals Screener.

Hilary's experience spans various domains such as project management, procurement, finance, and administration, showcasing their versatility and ability to thrive in different roles and environments.

Hilary Sienrukos obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations/Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College in 1999. Later, they earned a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a field of study in International Development/Law from The Fletcher School at Tufts University from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as the UN Executive Management Program, MCIPS, PMP, Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives Level II (FAC-COR), Grants and Agreements Management, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives Level I (FAC-COR), and PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner.
