Barnaby Donlon

Barnaby Donlon serves as the Chief of Programme Management and Business Analytics at the United Nations, overseeing quality assurance support, data analytics for business process improvement, and facilitating strategic planning within the Human Resources Services Division. Previous roles at the United Nations include Chief of the East and Central Africa Section, where leadership in human resources support and strategic planning was demonstrated, and Program Planning Officer, responsible for managing the Human Resources Management Scorecard. Barnaby's earlier experience includes positions at Palladium Group, Inc. as Managing Director and Principal, where client acquisition and strategy execution were key focuses, and at Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Inc. as Manager of Global Business and Strategic Partnerships, achieving significant revenue growth. An initial career with the Yamaguchi Prefectural Government in Japan involved international relations and cultural exchange. Barnaby holds a MALD in International Business and Law from Tufts University and a BA in East Asian Studies and Japanese from Bates College.
