Mia Minji Kim

Mia Minji Kim has extensive experience in human resources and data analysis, currently serving as an HR Partner and Data Research Analyst in the Executive Office of the United Nations since October 2021. Previously, roles include HR Assistant in the HR Policy Section and Data Research Analyst at the UN, where Mia managed projects to enhance people services and conducted qualitative data analysis. An accomplished academic, Mia holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Indiana University, where also earned an MBA and served as an Associate Instructor. Mia's earlier experience includes project management at Hyundai Corporation, consulting roles during an MBA program, and an HR Associate position at Pfizer.
