Adam Luebke

Adam Luebke, JD, serves as Senior Counsel for Regulatory and Compliance at UNFI since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and as Director and Corporate Counsel at Life Time Inc. Adam also held a position as Attorney Director on the Board of Directors for Saint Paul Almanac and worked at Verizon Wireless as Engineer III RE Specialist/Regulatory. Prior to these roles, Adam was Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist at FMHC Corporation and worked as a Contract Attorney. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government and History from the University of Minnesota Morris.
