Brian Boots

Brian Boots has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Brian began their career at Blockbuster, where they played a key role in establishing the organization's first automated distribution center. Brian then joined Amazon.com, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager and led the start-up of their first-ever automated self-distribution center. Brian later worked at Kmart Corporation as a Director of Specialty Operations and General Manager, overseeing multiple regional specialty centers and implementing efficiency improvements. At Toys R Us, they managed operations at a large distribution center and developed a team of supervisors and managers. Brian also had significant roles at Office Depot, where they served as the Director of Retail Distribution Operations and Vice President of Supply Chain. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Regional Operations at UNFI. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong focus on improving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while achieving operational goals.

Brian Boots obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business between 1986 and 1990. Brian also attended a Bell Leadership Class as an attendee for professional development in 2016.
