Erin Torrez

Erin Torrez serves as Senior Counsel for Securities at United Natural Foods Inc. since March 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins and Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Prior positions include a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and a Legal Intern at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. Earlier in the career, Erin worked as a Litigation Clerk at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, and gained valuable experience as a Congressional Intern in the Office of Congressman Tom Perriello. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
