IT Site Support Team Lead at United Natural Foods

Greg Armstrong has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Greg started their career at FedEx Ground in 2011 as a Package Handler. From there, they moved on to FLANDERS in 2012, where they worked as a Main Field Technician and later as an IT Support Technician. At VXI Global Solutions, LLC in 2016, Greg worked as a Desktop Support Technician, where their responsibilities included user account management and software installation. Greg then joined Kaiser Permanente as an IT Helpdesk Analyst for a short period before transitioning to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Desktop Support specialist in 2016. Currently, they are working at UNFI as an IT Site Support Team Lead.

Greg Armstrong obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology - Networking and Security Management from Ivy Tech Community College-Southwest. In addition, they have certifications in Installing and Configuring Windows 10 from Microsoft and CompTIA Security and CompTIA Network.
