Jaina D'Ambra

Jaina D'Ambra is currently working at UNFI as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions at UNFI including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from May 2021 to June 2022, National Director of Talent Acquisition from December 2018 to May 2021, and Talent Acquisition Lead from August 2017 to December 2018. Before joining UNFI, Jaina worked at AIG as the Talent Acquisition Director from September 2013 to February 2017. Jaina also served as the Team Lead for Global HR/Communications, Global Commercial, and US/Canada divisions in June 2013, and as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2011 to June 2013. Prior to their role at AIG, Jaina worked at EdisonLearning as the Recruitment Manager from March 2008 to July 2011, and at Edison Schools as a Recruiter from October 2007 to March 2008. Jaina also had a role in Adecco Employment Services as the Client Program Manager in 2006. Jaina started their career at the Environmental Careers Organization in various roles including Program Manager from 2000 to 2005.

Jaina D'Ambra obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island in the years 1995 to 1999.
