Jeremy Ford

Jeremy Ford has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jeremy currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Change Enablement at UNFI since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of People & Change at UNFI from November 2016 to June 2022. Before joining UNFI, Jeremy worked as a Solution Principal at Slalom Consulting from January 2013 to November 2016. Jeremy also served as a Senior Project Manager, Strategic Communications Manager, and Vice President at RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. from November 2009 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, Jeremy held the role of Vice President at The Cowen Group from August 2007 to November 2009. Jeremy started their career as a Consultant at Capital H Group from August 2005 to July 2007 and also worked as a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting from December 2002 to July 2005.

Jeremy Ford obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Management and Business Consulting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Framingham High School from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Jeremy has obtained certifications in Agile Change Management, Foundations in Design Thinking, Insights to Innovation, Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), Leading Strategic Growth, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from various institutions.
