Jeffrey Cushing

Jeffrey Cushing has over 20 years of experience in strategic change enablement and organization effectiveness. Jeffrey'srecent role as the Director of Strategic Change Enablement at UNFI has allowed him to lead change management and execution across various programs. Previously, they served as the Principal at Cushing Consulting Group, where they focused on facilitating growth through aligning people, process, and structure with enterprise strategy. Jeffrey has also held leadership positions at Tyco, Deloitte, Accenture, Guardian Life Insurance, Oliver Wyman, Aon Consulting, and Sandra Hartog and Associates, where they worked on various projects related to organization design, talent management, change management, and strategic communication. Overall, Jeffrey has a track record of driving bottom line efficiencies and facilitating growth through enabling technologies and process optimization.

Jeffrey Cushing received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany, SUNY. Jeffrey went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
