Justin Cho

Justin Cho, MBA, P.Eng has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Justin is currently working at UNFI as a Senior Director, Solutions Design, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they had a brief stint as a Senior Director, Solutions Design at UNFI from November 2022 to June 2023. Before joining UNFI, they worked at SCI Group Inc as a Director, Solutions Design -Retail & E-Commerce from March 2019 to September 2020, and as a Senior Manager, Solutions Design and Implementation from December 2017 to March 2019. Justin also gained valuable experience at DHL Supply Chain, where they served as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Solutions Design from October 2015 to December 2017, and as an Engineering Analyst, Solutions Design from January 2014 to September 2015. Justin started their career at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as a Part-Time Supervisor from January 2006 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked at Canadian Tire as a Supply Chain Analyst - Automotive from September 2012 to January 2014, and at Matrix Logistics Services Ltd as an Industrial Engineer Intern from August 2010 to August 2011. Justin also gained research experience during an internship at Ecole centrale de Nantes in May 2010 to July 2010.

Justin Cho, MBA, P.Eng has a diverse educational background. Justin obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2012. In 2013, they received a Lean Green Belt certification from APICS - Association for Operations Management. Justin is also a Professional Engineer, certified by Professional Engineers Ontario in 2018, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from APICS - The Association for Operations Management, obtained in 2013.
