Saah Jackson K. serves as the Senior Manager for IT Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Systems, and Professional Services at United Natural Foods Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating IT agreements and leading strategic sourcing programs. In addition to this role, Saah has been an Adjunct Faculty member at North Hennepin Community College since December 2017, teaching various courses related to accounting, business communications, and technology. Previously, Saah held senior sourcing and procurement positions at UnitedHealth Group and Ecolab, focusing on IT software and services.
