Steve Wilichowski has had an extensive career spanning various industries and roles. Steve started their career at Wausau Financial Systems, where they managed a team of support specialists for banking applications. From there, they worked at Epsilon as an Account Manager, focusing on client relationship management and marketing programs. Steve then joined American Express as a Project Manager before moving on to Fidelity Investments, where they held several roles including VP of Process Management & Measurement and VP of Solution Delivery for Retirement Investing. After their time at Fidelity, Steve worked at Atlantic Management Resources, LTD as a Business Development Consultant, managing business development efforts and launching a new web storefront. Steve then joined RBS Citizens Group, where they held positions such as VP of Online Banking Channel Manager and Business Program Manager. Most recently, Steve has been working at Citizens, first as a VP of Digital Relationship Manager for Wealth and Mortgage, then as VP of Chief Product Owner for Digital Access, and currently as VP of Digital Banking Re-Platform Program Manager. Additionally, they have recently been hired by UNFI as the Digital Lead - Mobile & Web. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated their expertise in digital strategies, program management, product development, and team leadership.
From 1980 to 1985, Steve Wilichowski attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems.
