Carol Lim

Carol Lim is a seasoned project manager currently with UOB since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in HR technology and consulting roles. Prior to UOB, Carol served as Senior Manager of HR Technology at Hoya and as Workday Delivery Lead/Consultant at Accenture. Previous positions include Workday Engagement Manager at Alight Solutions and Manager (Group IT) at PSA International Pte Ltd, showcasing a robust career in IT and HR solutions across various organizations. Carol's foundational experience in consulting began at HRMS Consulting, following a role as Software Architect/Data Modeller at SF Software Ltd and a Web Author/Report Writer at Lucent Technologies. Carol holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Northumbria University.
