Julia Liu

Julia Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and credit risk management. Since January 2015, Julia has served as Vice President at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), focusing on strategic projects related to Basel II models and retail risk scorecards. Prior to this role, Julia worked at Citi from July 2008 to December 2014 in various capacities, including Manager in the CTI Business Office, where Julia led the Cost Transformation Program and financial planning initiatives across global functions. Earlier career involvement included positions at Monitor Group as an MBA Summer Intern in market research and at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an Assistant Manager in corporate banking and e-banking. Julia holds dual MBA degrees from the National University of Singapore and Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
