Eric Skalland

Eric Skalland serves as the Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Capital Markets at United Properties, a position held since October 2007, where oversight of financial and capital market activities is primary responsibility. Previously, Eric held various roles at United Properties, including Executive Vice President - Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and Senior Financial Analyst at CBS Radio, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, earned between 1999 and 2003.
