Jay Early is a results-driven operations leader with over 20 years of experience managing businesses in the equipment rental industry across three continents. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at United Rentals since February 2017, Jay Early previously worked as an International Equipment Rental Industry Consultant and held various leadership roles at Hertz Equipment Rental. Notable positions include Vice President of Business Development & Strategy and Vice President of Hertz Equipment Rental International, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations in numerous countries, including overseeing a significant fleet and P&L responsibilities. Early's educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Business (Marketing) and Economics from California State University, Chico.
